Intermediary Status and Limitation of Liability
Users acknowledge that Aoods acts strictly as an intermediary platform and digital directory under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and other applicable global data intermediary systems. Aoods provides an information routing infrastructure connecting buyers and sellers. We do not control, vet, verify, or guarantee the operational accuracy, quality, legality, or current status of the public business listings hosted on aoods.org. Any commercial transactions, communication, or disputes arising between buyers and listed business entities are strictly bilateral. Aoods shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in public data, financial losses, or transactional failures between users.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTES
These Terms of Use and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the specific legal systems outlined below:

* Primary Jurisdiction: For all domestic business entities and Indian data principals, these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from this platform shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

* International Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under local international consumer frameworks (such as EU consumer protections), that specific clause shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions also.
